Key Performance Targets and Measures - Levels of Service
FNHL has agreed a number of key performance measures and targets with Far North District Council against which FNHL's performance may be judged. Where relevant these targets also apply to FNHL subsidiaries.
These have been developed using the balanced scorecard approach and reflect FNHL's principal objectives and key initiatives as shown below:
