Statement of Intent
This Statement of Intent (SOI) is a public declaration of the activities and intentions of our Council Controlled Organisation.
It outlines the nature and scope of the work we will undertake, the Directors’ accountabilities to the shareholders for corporate performance and financial forecasts, as required by Schedule 8 of the Local Government Act 2002.
Annual Reports
The annual report documents what Far North Holdings Limited did in the past year, demonstrating how we have performed against our financial plan and other commitments in the past 12 months.
