Far North Holdings is proud to announce it has officially achieved Great Place To Work Certification™, recognising the organisation’s commitment to creating a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture.

The internationally recognised certification is based entirely on employee feedback and measures key areas of workplace experience including trust, leadership, pride, fairness and team culture. The achievement reflects the experiences and views of Far North Holdings staff across the organisation.

Great Place To Work® is regarded as the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviours that help organisations thrive. Research from the organisation shows employees at certified workplaces are significantly more likely to enjoy their work environment, feel valued and look forward to coming to work each day.

Far North Holdings Chief Executive Officer Andy Nock said the certification was an important acknowledgement of the culture the organisation continues to build.

“We are incredibly proud to receive this certification because it comes directly from our people. Across Far North Holdings we have a talented team who care deeply about the work they do and the communities we support. One of our key values is Teamwork Driven Excellence, and this recognition reflects the way our people work together to support one another and deliver high-quality outcomes”

Andy said the organisation’s people and culture remained central to the long-term direction of Far North Holdings and the outcomes it delivers across the region.

"Our people work collaboratively across varied operations, united by a shared purpose to deliver long-term value and positive outcomes for our communities. This certification reinforces our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.”

Far North Holdings employs staff across a wide range of operations and projects throughout the Far North, including infrastructure, aviation, marine, property and economic development initiatives. The organisation says investing in people and workplace culture remains a key part of delivering positive long-term outcomes for the region.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, said certification is based on real-time employee feedback and is a highly respected benchmark for workplace culture worldwide.

“By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Far North Holdings stands out as one of the organisations providing a great workplace environment for its employees.”

Far North Holdings says the certification reflects both the strength of its current team and its ongoing focus on attracting and retaining talented people who are passionate about helping shape the future of the Far North.
